What does our cleaning include?
Our service goes beyond washing filters. We clean the areas inside your mini-split where dust, dirt, and mildew accumulate—including the coil, blower wheel, and louvers. We also clean the outdoor unit, test system operation, and provide a detailed service report.
Protect and Pepare
We place drop cloths around the work area and carefully remove the indoor unit’s covers and filters to access the components that need cleaning.
Deep Clean the Indoor Unit
Foaming cleaner is applied to the indoor coil, blower wheel, and louvers. We then use a specialized heat-pump cleaning sprayer to flush away accumulated dust, dirt, and mildew deposits.
Indoor Unit Cleaning
The filters, louvers, covers, and exterior casing are thoroughly cleaned before the indoor unit is dried and carefully reassembled.
Outdoor Unit Maintenance
We perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of your outdoor unit, including debris removal, condenser coil treatment, and component inspection to ensure maximum efficiency.
Testing and Documenting
After cleaning, we operate the system to confirm it is running properly. We will take a gas temperature reading. You’ll receive a service report documenting the work performed and the condition of the system.
